Press release : GCA Asset Management announces new organisational structure with the launch of Gulf Central Merchant Bank

Gulf Central Agency Asset Management has unveiled its new organisational structure today with the launch of the London based Gulf Central Merchant Bank. The banks’ activities will include Investment Banking, Investment Management and Real Estate. GCA AM will become the investment management division of the bank.

Dr Wladimir Ledochowski was named as the Chairman of the bank. Hakim Azaiez was named Chief Executive Officer and will also continue to lead the investment management for GCA Asset Management.

Dr Ledochowski commented: “ We have been preparing this step carefully for a long time and are delighted to be able to offer our client base from now on a comprehensive banking service. “

Commenting on the launch Mr Azaiez said: “The new structure will help us to exploit greater business opportunities and boost synergies within the GCA group. We remain fully committed to serving our clients and working with our partners.”
