Delivery, Returns & Damages policy

Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or TNT. If you prefer delivery with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Refunds

1 – For any return request, please inform us in writing at contact@gcmerchantbank.com Alternatively, returns can be arranged by telephone at 0845 38 200 38, collection date will be arranged after the return request has been accepted by GCMB.

2 – Products may be returned for credit only if they are in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, without any concealed or cosmetic damage.

3 – Only goods purchased within 28 days can be returned, proof of purchase will be requested, such as dispatch note or an invoice.

4 – In order to prevent damages all returned goods must be suitably packed.

It is customer’s responsibility to arrange for collection and pay for the returned products transport back to our warehouse, outgoing transport costs will not to be refunded.

Refunds will be arranged within 48 hours of the arrival of the products at our warehouse.

Damages

For any damages please inform us in writing at contact@gcmerchantbank.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Goods dispatched by third parties carriers are the customer’s responsibility to be checked for damages both concealed (internal) and cosmetic (external) upon delivery.

Customer must ensure that they thoroughly check their order before the carrier driver leaves. If goods are damaged, please sign for the goods as “damaged”.

Deliveries signed for as “unchecked” do not qualify as damaged. If a customer receives goods that are damaged via carrier their account will not be credited if the delivery was signed for as “good condition/clear/unchecked”.

All signed as “damaged” products are to be arranged for collection at our expense as well as the delivery of the new product.
